24V Conveyors
24V Zero pressure accumulation roller conveyors do not allow products to touch each other while conveying, thus reducing damage to fragile items during accumulation. Driven by a 24v DC RollerDrive each zone is connected to a fixed number of slave rollers via PolyVee belts or O-Rings.
Modular Conveyor Systems help reduce installation time on-site with pre-wired conveyors and programmable control boards with smart inputs/outputs, reducing cabling to other field devices and commissioning time. It is suitable for simple to complex applications.

24V Roller Conveyor Straight
The DC roller conveyor enables zero-pressure accumulation transport of goods with the help of a control system. Each zone is driven by a RollerDrive that is connected to a fixed number of idlers via PolyVee belts.
Our Roller Conveyor Straight 24V is equipped with a programmed controller that automatically moves materials. The conveyor is divided into zones, each of which is powered by a motor roller. This motor roller drives the non-powered rollers through a belting system.
24v Roller Conveyor Curve
The 24V Roller Conveyor Curve is designed to handle light and medium loads of up to 50 kg/m. It allows for a seamless change in the direction of the transported products, ensuring a continuous flow. The drive system uses looped Poly-V belts instead of traditional round belts, resulting in a quiet and efficient operation. The Poly-V belts are securely mounted within the frame and out of reach from the transported goods, making them ideal for use with crates stacking ridges.
24v Roller Conveyor Merge
The merge connects two conveyor lines by placing products in the gaps in the flow of material. Alternatively, the merge diverts products from a straight conveyor, e.g. by using a divert.
